Biogas Plant Las Chilcas

The biogas plant produces approximately 5,000 m³ of biogas per day from cattle manure, pig manure, and vinasse from bioethanol production, covering 90% of the energy needs of the bioethanol plant. By avoiding methane emissions and saving on liquefied gas, around 50 tons of CO₂ are saved per day.
